Incident Response for IT

From crisis to control – we ensure your operations are swiftly restored.

Netsecurity’s incident response team (IRT) provides immediate assistance during security incidents while also working proactively to strengthen preparedness. By preparing together with you in advance, we can reduce both the extent of damage and response time, helping you return to normal operations as quickly as possible.

Why have an incident response agreement?

An incident response agreement from Netsecurity gives you predictability, rapid response, and access to specialists when you need it most. When a serious security incident occurs, every minute counts. With a pre-established agreement in place, you ensure both speed and quality in the response. Our team works proactively with you to reduce the impact and ensure that your business can quickly return to normal operations.

We are approved by the Norwegian National Security Authority

Netsecurity is part of the Norwegian National Security Authority’s (NSM) approval scheme for incident response. Regarding the approval scheme, NSM states that “NSM has imposed strict, yet relevant requirements for those wishing to apply to the scheme. Applicants must not only document that they can technically handle an incident, but they must also meet defined requirements in nine different areas of incident response. These areas include, among others, organization, processes, competence, tools, and reporting.”
